There are four ways to renew your membership:

1. Online
   We’re currently updating our membership forms. Please use one of the methods below to renew your membership.
2. Mail
   print this form and mail to: Secretary, Level 1 64 Harcourt St, North Melbourne, 3051.
3. Phone
   call our office (03 9328 4792) between 10am-5pm for a secure transaction
4. Direct Deposit
   Deposit the fees directly into our Bendigo account using your name as the reference:
