This year’s keynote address will be delivered by Adam Creighton — award-winning journalist, Senior Fellow and Chief Economist at the Institute for Public Affairs, and previous winner of the E.J. Craigie Writing Award for his piece, Land levy an efficient and moral revenue raiser.
Adam Creighton’s address will be on the topic: An Australian Land Tax: Past, Present and Prospects.
Adam is an award-winning journalist who holds a Bachelor of Economics with First Class Honours from the University of New South Wales, and Master of Philosophy in Economics from Balliol College, Oxford.
Having started his career at the Reserve Bank of Australia, Adam has been at the forefront of economic debate having written for The Economist and The Wall Street Journal, as well as The Australian as Economics Editor and Washington correspondent.
