Kids don’t cost that much. They live off food scraps from your adult life and you can cram them into 1 room. I have 2 living in a studio apartment in a sectioned off area of the living space I converted into their bedroom.
Also, developers and councils wouldn’t be approving the 40m2 apartments if they didn’t think you could raise a family in one.
I have 4 people in a 57m2 apartment.
People just have to sacrifice.
People should have to pay 10x their wage for a house. Their parents worked hard for the land.
