Delivery Policy
Donations of $2 and over made to the Prosper Australia Research Institute are fully tax deductible. Receipts will be Emailed after payment. Customers using the payment gateway to order books or purchase event tickets (not tax deductible) will receive an Email confirmation confirming your order details. Books will be sent via Australia Post and event tickets will be sent via Email.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Donations are non-refundable. If you have purchased an event ticket and can no longer attend the event, we will try to re-sell or refund your ticket if circumstances permit but this is not guaranteed when you purchase your ticket. If you are unsatisfied with a book purchase we will refund your purchase (so long as we are alerted within 14 days of receiving your book) and providing the book has not been worn, used or damaged after delivery.
